How to use it
- Download the template, or list your criteria with a weight, then one column per option.
- Score each option from 0 to 10 for each criterion. Upload the CSV, or enter the scores directly.
- Read the ranking. Change the weights to see whether the winner depends on one criterion.
Questions
How are the weights used?
Each score is multiplied by its weight, the results are added up, and the total is divided by the sum of the weights. Only the relative sizes of the weights matter.
What if a score is missing?
A missing score counts as zero and the tool tells you which option it affects.
Does this choose the best option for me?
No. It makes your priorities explicit. The scores still reflect your judgement, so check them before deciding.
