Which pricing model is best for SaaS?
There is no single best model. Per-seat pricing suits products used by many people, flat plans suit small teams, and usage pricing suits products where consumption varies.
How does graduated tier pricing work?
Seats in the first tier are billed at the first price, and seats above it are billed at the later price. Only the seats in each band pay that band's rate.
Does the annual discount change MRR?
No. MRR is the monthly figure, so it is calculated before any annual discount. The annual price shows what a customer pays for a year.
